Winspir Sourcing is a single point for all your communications regarding products, services and schedules. We rush to market our products with elaborated planning and strategizing.
• Quality Assurance: It’s good to evaluate before final deployment, Winspir Sourcing puts its efforts on maintaining the quality attributes of the kids garments. No matter how vast the quality inspection is, we don’t take alternatives to success and the final outcomes are represented in observance to buyer’s approval.
• Status Reporting & Support: For perfect sourcing you need to focus on the post and pre production activities. The team works in perfect symmetry with our pre-stated policies. The time regularly keeps an eye on regular and periodic updates on the shipping status. In addition to it we balance our services under dedicated supervision & control render scheduled and on time delivery.
• Shipping & Delivery: In order to deal diligently with every purchase order, we follow a scheduled delivery calendar. Our time action plan is updated on regular basis, which is shared with the shipment team in order to deal efficiently with unforeseen conditions to eliminate them completely before they could appear. The team minutely focuses on Logistics for on-time shipment of goods.

  • Child Labor: We ensure that we or any of our vendors don’t recruit child labors and forced labors besides we don’t lodge deposits or identification proofs in order to free the employer from the services.
  • No Discrimination: We shall not practice any sort of discrimination based on race, caste, creed or community. Plus we don’t do extend our business relationship and partnerships with any vendor following the above.
  • Health & Safety Measures: We shall abide by the cleanliness principles plus we shall practice all possible measures to make the working environment perfectly hygienic for the employers/staff. We practice regular health and hygiene training for maintaining proper environmental conditions.
  • Hours of working: Vendors and coworkers shall abide by the laws established under industrial acts which states that employer is allowed to take one day off out of the seven days in a week.
• Ethical Compliance:
  • Cooperation & Expectation: Winspir Sourcing expects equal coordination by the employers, vendors and suppliers with respect to the above stated guiding lines and principles that the company follows. Hereby requests to stay in accordance to the ethical industrial standards to show mutual cooperation and concern.
  • Non- Compliance: Winspir Sourcing has full rights to terminate the business relationships once they found any of their guiding rules being ill-treated or Non-compliance to the above ethical standard even after repeated warnings.
